Solar Collector

• Anodised aluminium frame (1). This complements the colours of the boiler to give a truly aesthetic finish.
• Rear high density polyurethane insulation (3), 20mm-thick, which covers the whole of the rear surface. We have also applied a layer of 20 mm-thick rockwool insulation (2), to further eliminate thermal losses.
• Side polyurethane insulation (4), 20mm-thick, necessary to maximise collector performance.
• Copper absorber (5), welded using the ultrasonic method.
• Continuous and stringent quality and pressure controls that guarantee the long life of the collectors. Two absorbing surfaces to choose from: Black surface paint or selective titanium surface for an even greater performance.
• Transparent tempered glass cover (6), especially resistant to adverse conditions, made to greatly increase solar ray absorbency.

Support Frame

• Ergonomic design that makes installation simple and quick. The support base is made entirely from galvanised steel.

High Quality Boilers

• Exterior galvanised steel cover (7), painted with electrostatic high durability paint. This generates a highly aesthetic finish that pairs well with the collector panels.
• The boiler is insulated with ecological polyurethane (8) that does not contain C.F.C., in accordance with EU directives. It is 50 mm-thick and has a density of 47 kg/m³ - one of the highest in the market - which retains the temperature of the collected hot water throughout the night.

• Interior INOX boiler (9), 2 mm-thick, 316 L.
• All boilers undergo continuous quality controls so that we can offer you a truly superior product.
• Jacket technology (10), 1.5mm-thick which allows the maximum and swift transfer of thermal energy. The jacket covers the interior boiler facilitating the circulation of the thermal fluid, thus increasing the life of the boiler and making it durable in low temperatures.
• Supplementary energy that is given through an electrical resistance (11). A supplementary solution only for days without sunshine.
• Thermostat connected to the electrical resistance - to operate in desired temperatures.
• All electrical components are manufactured in accordance with EU regulations and are guaranteed for 1 year.
• Electrolysis protection with the use of a magnesium rod (12), 300mm-long and with Φ22-diameter. This significantly enhances the life of the boiler and therefore of the whole system.

Complete Installation Kit

• Bottled thermal fluid, propineloglycol solution (non-toxic), suitable for protection in sub-0 ^oC environments.
• Connection tubes, valves, connections, screws/bolts and all other necessary installation components are included with the purchase of the product, so that installation is fast, simple and accurate.
